If you want something very polished or detailed, or you're too picky, I may not be the correct person for your project. My style is loose and messy.

For the finished piece, expect to wait anywhere between 1 week and 1 month after the sketch idea has been approved. IF it has taken me too long to finish your piece, you can contact me so we can negotiate.

I reserve the right to reject any request for any reason at any time of the progress. You can message me first if you're unsure whether I will accept your request or not in the first place.

I offer up to two revisions on the final piece (depending on the complexity or the changes that need to be made). However, I may sometimes reach up to you with some WIP while progressing to get some feedback.

I retain the rights of the picture. You can't claim it as done by you.

Only one piece per person at a time.

I work on a 50/50 payment schedule. This means 50% payment of the total amount before starting the sketching phase. And then, 50% after the final results have been approved by the client. Only after you approve of the final results, I will send you the full resolution picture. IF you prefer to pay in a different kind of schedule, such as full pay at the beginning, feel free to ask.

I don't offer refunds after the sketch/initial idea has been approved. By requesting, you recognize to be sure that you won't change your mind/you're completely sure you won't need the money back for whatever reason.

HOWEVER, IF for some reason, even after the revisions you're totally dissatisfied with the final results, we can negotiate the second half of the pay.

If you as the client declares themselves dissatisfied with the results more than once, it will be understood that I can't meet the client expectations, and therefore, any future requests will be denied.

Declared prices consider personal use only. If the request is for commercial use, contact me first so we can discuss further.

If the requested illustration is NOT a private request, you as the client give me permission to stream the process or share the final pieces on any media at my own discretion.

You will NOT, under any circumstance, use any of my pictures for any kind of unauthorized purposes such as NFT, AI training or modifications, watermarks removal, etc. You will not be able to request from me anymore if that ever happens. You also authorize me to present legal actions against you if any of that happens, with you as the person assuming all costs associated. You also agree to indemnify me for any damages, losses, costs, and expenses.
